Petition on Needle Exchange

Please see below a link to a petition that Peter Kelk is sponsoring with regard to the Surbiton Hospital Needle Exchange. This is of direct relevance to residents in Surbiton, especially users of Lime Tree School, the Health Centre or just residents like us who care about our community. Please access the petition via the link below.  Councillors Karen George and Andrea Craig have been very proactive in highlighting this issue and trying to get the Lib Dem Council to understand the risks involved in possibly exposing young children to this type of activity.

 (My recollection is that Kaleidoscope used to look after this need at their HQ in central Kingston. I’m not quite clear why that seems no longer to be the case. Anyone who thinks they know can access the Forum via the Comment facility. Ed.)
