Saving money the Lib Dem way

I attach a recent example of how much was spent in two days on ‘One Council’ promotional events. These are designed to save money for CT payers.
450 people attended the 6 One Council Events on 25 and 26 March.
The costs for the whole event are categorised below:
Bus Tour – £490
Staging/Production costs – £3840
3 Videos – 2 days shooting plus editing – £4741*
Fortune Cookies – £100
Chocolates – £115
*please note that we will be using the videos for future staff engagement events
Total – £9286 = £20.64 per person
