Consultation on Primary places

May 5, 2010

This has just arrived from RBK. Residents please note dates, times and places of drop-in meetings.

Dear Surbiton Neighbourhood Councillors,

As you are no doubt aware, it is proposed to permanently increase the number of primary school places provided in the borough.  Part of this process is to consult on draft plans for the accommodations changes at schools that are proposed for expansion.  This pre-planning consultation is running from 17 May 2010 to 4 June 2010.

Letters are being sent to residents local to each of the schools to invite them to give their views on the draft plans.

All drop in sessions are from 3.00 – 7.00pm.  The meetings in Surbiton Neighbourhood are as follows:

  • 19 May 2010             Grand Avenue Primary School
  • 25 May 2010             St Matthew’s Primary School

In addition to the above, the plans will be on display before the Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee meeting on 26 May 2010 from 6.30 – 7.30pm, and will be available at the libraries and on the Kingston website.
