Hon Alderman Jim Daly RIP

Jim Daly, Honorary Alderman of Kingston and councillor for Surbiton Hill until 1990 died last week. The funeral took place at St Raphael’s RC Church in Portsmouth Road. Jim was a stalwart member of the parish until his death. Janet Bowen-Hitchings and Paul Johnston represented the Ward at the funeral,which was attended by many of Jum’s former colleagues on the Council. May he rest in peace.
