Sunrise turned down

The Sunrise planning application mentioned below was turned down by Development Control on Wednesday.  Nick Kilby spoke for the ward councillors and Mrs. Susan Buller for the Southborough RA. The application was rejected on the same grounds as last time, echoing exactly the view of Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee last week. It appears that Sunrise were not represented at the meeting.
