Just received from RBK Highways:-
Information received from CCTV at The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames
Victoria Road, Surbiton has been closed by Police Due to Road Traffic Accident.
Enquiries being made of Police to ascertain length of Road Closure and Diversion Route.
Delays expected.
