M25 delays between Junctions 9 and 11

Following information received from Surrey County Council at 14.02 Hours.
Comment from RBK Highways: I believe that the Highway Agency are being optimistic on normal traffic conditions returning to normal by 14.45
M25 clockwise between J9 (A243 Leatherhead) and J11 (A320 Chertsey)
Long delays – multi-vehicle accident closing three lanes between J10 and J11.
Normal traffic conditions expected from 14:45
