KPCT – more cuts: where HAS the money gone?

It makes you wonder where the £211m annual budget has gone, when the KPCT has managed to run up a £22m deficit. And instead of hearing about improved services, thanks to all the ‘investment’ the government has put into the NHS, why do we in Kingston hear continually about cuts in service?
