Blue badge fraud

We have had correspondence from disgusted residents who have observed abuse of the Blue Badge parking scheme for disabled drivers by people who are perfectly able bodied. It would seem from the attached Surrey Comet article that Kingston Police are going to be especially on the lookout for offenders. We hope everyone will help by their vigilance.
