The article doesn’t say that he pointed out that the School Lane estate is a venue where youths from many areas choose to ‘hang out’ when at a loose end for something to do. He also pointed out that the residents of School Lane are themselves the victims of acts of vandalism perpetrated by some of them (see entry in his blog www.pauljohnston.info on this.)
